Others paint their soaps with paint I use a special soap mixture that I came up with using natural micas, pigments and food colorings and soap.  This is painted on the soap in layers bringing out the beauty of the mold.

Each bar is painted by hand, layer by layer after being molded and can take up to an hour to paint.

Dolphin Soap Bars "paint" last through almost the whole bar of washing. For display bars only I can coat them with a special "varnish" that will protect the image until the soap is just about gone.
